“Everyday Gods” — Vhils & PichiAvo

Everyday Gods, made in 2019 with PichiAvo for the Super Bock Group in Leça do Balio, extends across approximately 3,000 square metres. Classical figures painted by PichiAvo intersect with portraits and textures developed by Vhils, bringing two distinct visual languages into the same architectural field. The title shifts attention from mythological icons towards the anonymous individuals whose lives and labour sustain contemporary society.
