Vhils, Selected Prints 2005–2012

Solo exhibition at Montana Shop & Gallery, Lisbon, from 7 December 2012 to 31 January 2013, presenting a survey of the artist's printed output from 2005 to 2012. The opening-night photographs published on the artist's website show salon-style hangs of framed screen prints and works on paper — torn-poster portraits, tower-block cityscapes, a helicopter, and bleach-worked compositions in blue, red and gold — densely arranged across the gallery's white walls, with the shop's spray-paint shelving visible alongside. The show was the first exhibition dedicated to surveying the print and editions side of the practice.
