A fragmented portrait emerges from acid-etched metal, part of the reflection series. The corroded oxide surface is pierced by wax-resisted passages that reveal urban signage, architectural facades and graffiti tags layered beneath the face. Produced for the Devoid solo exhibition, the 100 × 70 cm acid-etched metal plate, finished in wax, compresses cityscape and human likeness into a single rusted skin.
