Presented in Kyiv in 2023, opening on 17 February, Module of Temporality — realized in collaboration with MOT Object — brought together 28 Ukrainian and international artists inside a temporary structure built from 27 modular containers. Conceived during the war, the project demonstrated the possibility of continuing to produce and share culture under extreme conditions, while raising funds for Ukrainian cultural institutions damaged by Russian aggression. Vhils’ participation grew from his long-standing relationship with Ukraine and a desire to support the people affected by the invasion.
