Facing Aveiro railway station, this 2012 intervention places an anonymous presence at one of the city's principal points of arrival and departure. Produced in the context of Vhils' participation in TEDxAveiro, it shifts the encounter with art beyond the event itself and into the everyday circulation of the city. The artist worked through the wall's accumulated plaster, paint and brick, letting the building's material history determine the image. The location gives the work a particular tension: while the station organises movement, the weathered façade holds the marks of duration.
